1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

• Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for return.

• Certain items, such as accessories, intimate apparel, and clearance items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or promotional policies.

2. How to Request a Return

• Provide your order number, a clear reason for the return, and photos if applicable.

• Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via PayPal.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and quality reasons:

• Intimate wear (such as lingerie)

• Clearance or final sale items
